You&apos;ll explore the inner workings of our large-scale plant and acquire invaluable experience managing a team. Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaboratively interact with engineering, quality, planning, plant leadership, and production/operations staff to meet production goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Prioritize and execute production schedules based on product manufacturing, equipment efficiency, and material supply.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop, implement, and sustain activities in the production area(s) to meet safety, quality, production, and cost objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain manufacturing metrics tracking and reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead your team to achieve assignments using established goals, procedures, and policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Manage a diverse group of skilled and semi-skilled employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Oversee employee timecards and payroll.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Schedule &amp;
