This is a <strong>full-time onsite role</strong> supporting a <strong>rotating swing shift schedule in a 24/7 operation</strong>. The schedule rotates through <strong>Wednesday–Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; Thursday–Wednesday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.; and overnight coverage from 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. through Friday morning</strong>, followed by built-in time off before the rotation restarts.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Join Corning’s <strong>Research Melting Operations</strong> team, a service organization that supports Corning’s technical community at the front end of innovation. This team runs like a small-scale manufacturing operation and produces <strong>glass samples and data</strong> used to evaluate new concepts before they advance to the next stage of development or manufacturing. In this role, you will lead a shift team of <strong>Process Assistants and Process Technicians</strong> and help keep the operation safe, staffed, and on track to meet internal customer
