This requires setting objectives, building a team, making plans, and leading the team to accomplish all key commercial, technology, product development, business development, and manufacturing objectives. Special emphasis will be placed on accelerating NPI and scaling to production new technologies for glass IR optics material and component production. $208,142.00 assuming full time status.
