The major focus of this position is to support tape-casting formulations and processes development for energy materials, battery materials, and other emerging ceramic products. The person is expected to have broad technical interests, strong motivation as well as sound interpersonal skills. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participate in new products and process development. Based on project objectives and overall strategy, drive learning efficiently and systematically by designing, planning and executing experiments on lab and pilot-scale equipment. Drive critical understanding based on first principles, inference and observations. Support design of prototype equipment and pilot equipment, establish baseline processes and transfer process knowledge to engineering team. Manage day to day activities with hands-on experimentation and documentation/sharing of results. Define the appropriate process and response data to collect, then analyze and interpret that data to generate actionable insights.
