This role partners with finance leadership and business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis, support close and consolidation activities, and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and analytics. Key Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes including forecasts, budgets, and long‑range planning.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze financial and operational performance across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Prepare management and executive‑level financial reports, analyses, and presentations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and analytical tools.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support business and strategic decisions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Partner with cross‑functional teams and business leaders to provide financial insight and support.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support and utilize enterprise financial systems including OneStream, SAP, Longview, and PeopleSoft.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain financial data, reporting databases, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within FP&A.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and data integrity.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participate in teams providing key financial analysis for senior and executive leadership.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance drivers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, OneStream, Longview, and/or PeopleSoft.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with data visualization, analytics, or automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Databricks, Python, Alteryx).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.</li> </ul> This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
