This role leads the global sourcing strategy, supplier governance, and program optimization for related spend categories. This position partners across procurement, HR, Legal, Finance and business leaders to deliver maximum value (price, quality, service) from services procured in professional services. Oversee contingent workforce planning to ensure flexibility and alignment with organizational goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Category Management:</strong> Lead all aspects of category management, including supplier market analysis, bid preparation, pricing and term negotiations, supplier selection, and performance management. Collaborate on contingent workforce strategies to balance cost-effectiveness and compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Lead global cross-functional teams to support category management and drive alignment across business units. Provide strategic direction to address supplier challenges and enhance product and market knowledge.</span></li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Cost Optimization:</strong> Implement programs to deliver savings and process improvements across the supply chain, including Indirect Sourcing spend categories and contingent workforce planning.
