Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master, major in Engineering, Statistics, IE and technical related field. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic training aligned with manufacturing & engineering institute learning journey. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrates potential to deliver results through academic projects or work experience. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiarity with ISO9001 system concepts and willingness to learn system management. </span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Required Skills: </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exposure to core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Familiar with using 8D or other methodologies to assist in handling abnormalities. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficient in English, both written and spoken (TOEIC 600 or equivalent proficiency). </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eager to learn technical concepts to support quality assurance processes. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Builds positive connections with team members and other departments to facilitate collaboration. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Organizes and prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards. </span></li> </ul></div></div></div>
