This role champions continuous improvement and mentors project managers to drive overall project and team success. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing successful project execution within their assigned phase, ensuring deliverables are met in alignment with organizational expectations. • Enforces and monitors process standards, ensuring consistency and quality in project management practices across teams. • Drives employee development through managing objectives, supporting personal training plans, and tracking individual growth. • Creates and maintains individual competency heat maps to assess capabilities and identify opportunities for employee development. • Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring for project managers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative team culture. • Identifies and reports suggestions for improving processes and standards to the PM Manager, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. • Responsible for effectively resourcing projects within their phase, ensuring alignment with project needs and assignment criteria. • Acts as the primary escalation point of contact (POC) for internal and external off-track projects within their phase, driving resolution and supporting risk mitigation. Travel Requirements: • Up to 50% travel may be required, including both domestic and international travel based on business needs. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in project management or technical team leadership. • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees and project managers. • Demonstrated success with process improvement and ensuring quality standards. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Desired Skills: • Experience with project management methodologies and standards. • Passionate about employee development and team leadership. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in identifying and solving issues. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project). This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $121,756.00 - $167,415.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
