This role champions </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">continuous improvement and mentors project managers to drive overall project and team </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">success. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities:</strong> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Responsible for overseeing successful project execution within their assigned phase, ensuring </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">deliverables are met in alignment with organizational expectations. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Enforces and monitors process standards, ensuring consistency and quality in project </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">management practices across teams. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Drives employee development through managing objectives, supporting personal training </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">plans, and tracking individual growth. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Creates and maintains individual competency heat maps to assess capabilities and identify </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">opportunities for employee development. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring for project managers, fostering professional growth </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">and a collaborative team culture. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Identifies and reports suggestions for improving processes and standards to the PM Manager, </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">supporting a culture of continuous improvement. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Responsible for effectively resourcing projects within their phase, ensuring alignment with </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">project needs and assignment criteria. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Acts as the primary escalation point of contact (POC) for internal and external off-track projects </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">within their phase, driving resolution and supporting risk mitigation. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Travel Requirements: </strong></span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Up to 50% travel may be required, including both domestic and international travel based on </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">business needs. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Education &amp;
