This individual will be responsible for directly supervising the hourly employees and ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. The individual will be required to assess skills, write performance reviews and recommends and/or provide training to ensure department personnel are technically competent to perform assign tasks in the facility. The Corning Fairport facility is a 3-shift facility. The range for this position is $63,086.00 - $86,743.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
