This role focuses on driving execution, coordinating engineering resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful setup and transition of new products, equipment and processes into manufacturing. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• The Project Manager works directly with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other plant functions to achieve project objectives while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing plant priorities. </span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Defines and executes an overall project plan, including financial and people resources. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Lead and coordinate technical teams to execute NPI and plant engineering projects from concept through manufacturing handoff </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Manages an NPI portfolio, project plans, schedules, milestones, and action items </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Drive accountability for commitments across engineering and plant functions </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Adjust priorities and resource plans as business and plant needs evolve</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and execution issues. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Prepare concise project updates for engineering, plant leadership and commercial. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Facilitate effective collaboration across engineering, development, commercial, operations, quality, and supply chain </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Identify execution, technical, and schedule risks; support mitigation and recovery planning </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ensure projects comply with plant safety, quality, and engineering standards </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support documentation of lessons learned and continuous improvement in project execution </span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Education &amp; Experience: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• We require a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in a technical field (Engineering or Physical Sciences).
