<p>Position Description Scope of the Position:</p> <p>• Dating order in Ariba for SHOCS and manage ASN.</p> <p>• Create NAFTA drop shipment documents in SAP and work on GR and PGI.</p> <p>• PTA number management, secure goods are shipped on time.</p> <p>• Select the right forwarder when the volume reaches the agreed volume with forwarders.</p> <p>• Shipping status follow-up and tracking with PBI report supporting.</p> <p>Day to Day Responsibilities:</p> <p>1. End to end logistic management based on Incoterm.</p> <p>• Understand the end-to-end logistic flow between each regions and plants.</p> <p>• Understand the volume and weights to the cost impacts.</p> <p>• Coordinate with IM plants for fast delivery.</p> <p> 2. Overall documents management through SAP and Ariba system</p> <p>• Date PO in Ariba, update the confirmed delivery date once it changes. Ensure data can be updated in real-time with 100% accuracy</p> <p>• Follow drop shipment process in SAP and create NAFTA documents on time.</p> <p>• GR and PGI in SAP system under plant 8004.</p> <p>• ASN maintenance when goods are ready for shipment.</p> <p> 3. Collaborate with Supply Chain and sourcing to ensure accurate delivery performance at lowest cost.</p> <p>• Use right service level to meet the delivery date request with cost effectiveness.</p> <p>• Map the forwarder service level and ask for improvement when deviation happens.</p> <p>• Work with Supply Chain team to expedite the shipment when customer asks.</p> <p>4. Establish scorecard for our managed forwarders and continuous improvement.</p> <p>• Setup scorecard for our forwarder and manage on monthly basis.</p> <p>• Work with packing and logistic team to drive cost reduction initiatives.</p> <p>• Process improvement from end to end. </p> <p> Education & Experience </p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in English, logistics </p> <p>At least 2 years’ experience at logistic related positions and project management is a plus.</p> <p>Having experience working in a multinational company is a plus Required Skills 、</p> <p>Fluent English speaking/writing is a must </p> <p>Good project management skill.</p> <p>Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes improvement, systems and data handling</p> <p>Working experience in ERP system, SAP or other systems.</p> <p>High sense of responsibility and initiatives, self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.</p> <p>Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment</p> <p>Flexibility to work across multiply time-zone in multiple languages, flexibility to balance the working time between US calendar and Chinese calendar.
