This individual will be responsible for ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce and will directly supervise the department supervisor and/or team lead. The Individual will be required to assess skills, write performance reviews and recommends and/or provide training to ensure department personnel are technically competent to perform assigned tasks in the facility. The range for this position is $96,045.00 - $132,062.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
