For our location in Budapest, Hungary, we are looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Senior Super User Purpose: Ensure the optimal configuration and customization of the supply planning system, enabling flexibility and agility in planning processes. The Supply Chain Solutions Senior Super User will act as a key liaison between the supply chain business teams and the IT department, providing advanced system support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that the planning system aligns with evolving business needs to deliver value globally. Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Customize system fields, workflows, and parameters to meet evolving business needs. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with supply chain business teams to implement custom reports, dashboards, and system views for better visibility and decision-making within advanced supply chain systems. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Track system usability metrics, perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to ensure system continues to deliver value. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain and configure master data to reflect real-time operational changes. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Work closely with SMEs & IT to ensure that system changes align with overall architecture and security policies. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Monitor system performance and proactively suggest optimizations to improve system response times, accuracy, or planning efficiency. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Identify opportunities for automation within the system and collaborate with IT to implement these improvements. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support patches, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS, Data Lake). </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support SMEs to ensure changes globally align with standards and share best practices. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead global configuration initiatives leveraging Agile methodologies. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Serve as the bridge between business users and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements. </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement or system support roles in manufacturing or logistics</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced knowledge of workflows and parameters in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ECC & S/4 Hana or similar. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and user stories </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Nice to have experience in programming or scripting for system customization (e.g., Python, R, or similar)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and leveraging Machine Learning models (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) to automate tasks and enhance system configurations. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Good command of English</li> </ul> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> Corning is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and considers requests for reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws.
