<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul type="square"> <li>Perform monthly unit cost fcst and support plant to deliver target</li> <li>Assist Plant with annual budget and 5 year plan preparation</li> <li>Build and maintain cost models to provide financial support for various manufacturing planning.</li> <li>Capital management, planning reporting</li> <li><a name="_Hlk97287593"></a>Support Plant expense analysis or cost comparison</li> <li><a name="_Hlk97286845"></a>Work with cost reduction initiatives with cross function</li> <li>Support Plant/Division for daily operations and ad-hoc analysis</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Perform monthly unit cost fcst based on planning and track fcst accuracy</li> <li>Assists the controller by leading the monthly financial closing, reporting and forecasting processes.</li> <li>Provides Finance knowledge and decision support to the plant management to achieve plant goals and objectives. </li> <li>Provides ad-hoc financial analysis for plant staff and Division leaders about cost reductions, and other initiatives as required. </li> <li>Assists the controller to prepare budgeting systems, preparation of financial and management reports, and presentation of risk and opportunity. </li> <li>Monitor daily operations of the business unit and actively assists to Monitors spending and works with department managers to control costs.</li> <li>Supports the function and business unit to drive process improvement. </li> <li>Coordinate capital project with Finance team and engineers to improve forecast process for accuracy</li> <li>Perform effective internal control practice</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>BS in Finance/Accounting</li> <li>5+ years min, Manufacturing costing or audit firm experiences preferred</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure, work independently and flexible in supporting others when needed</li> <li>Proactive, open-minded, willing to share knowledge and expertise</li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications</li> <li>Good analytical skills, presentation skills and problem- solving capability</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Desired</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>SAP ERP system</li> <li>Strong excel and power point skills</li> <li>Power BI is preferred</li> </ul></div></div></div>
