The intern will contribute to projects aimed at improving productivity, safety, data traceability, and process standardization, while gaining exposure to engineering analysis, financial evaluation, and project management practices.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the identification and analysis of improvement opportunities within logistics processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and scalability.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Contribute to automation and digitalization project development and follow-up.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepare project documentation, including Gantt charts, project one-pagers, and executive follow-up presentations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support financial analysis of projects, including cost-benefit evaluation and return on investment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with the team on the implementation of engineering and technology-based solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Help track progress and maintain visibility of project milestones and deliverables.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Required Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Currently pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, IT Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Interest in automation, digitalization, and logistics process improvement</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with PLC programming</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work on structured projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams</span></li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2> </h2> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Desired Skills:</span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Python programming</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">PLC programming</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Project management interest</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Presentation and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proactive attitude and willingness to learn</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Interest in automation and operational efficiency</span></li> </ul> <p> </p>
