And so much more.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Come break through with us.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Intern will support the Product Line Planner in the development, maintenance, and execution of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process. This role is mainly focused on creating and continuously improving Excel-based SIOP templates used to consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information. The intern will contribute to improving visibility, accuracy, and standardization of planning data while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Activities</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support demand and forecast analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist with allocation processes and inventory tracking.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Follow up with manufacturing plants on planning-related activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Prepare planning data and support coordination with operations teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Help develop, maintain, and improve Excel-based SIOP templates.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity information for planning purposes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support standardization and continuous improvement of planning tools and reports.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Education</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Desired Skills</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Interest in supply chain, forecasting, and planning processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong analytical skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data analysis tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Good communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Attention to detail and ability to manage planning data accurately.</span></li> </ul>
