This position also provides support for daily reports, performance metrics, and strategic meetings, contributing to better visibility and efficiency in fiber consumption and planning processes</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop and update a Power BI dashboard to monitor the daily inventory of fiber not allocated to firm orders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure data visibility and accuracy to support decision-making in fiber planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the preparation of daily reports and performance metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide support during strategic meetings by sharing relevant inventory and planning information.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency in fiber consumption.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to support operational and strategic analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Help identify opportunities for process improvement related to fiber inventory management.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Education</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Ind</strong>ustrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related business/administrative fields.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Desired Skills</strong></span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Planning Strategy</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Power BI</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong skills in Excel</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Analytical thinking and attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Good organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Dynamic profile with strong communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to support reporting and cross-functional meetings</span></li> </ul>
