This role supports the achievement of the company’s annual safety performance goals while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture.</span></p> <p> sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to the development of procedures aimed at preventing workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stand-downs, new hire EHS orientations, and proper PPE usage.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop and deliver safety talks using PowerPoint presentations based on assigned safety topics.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <strong>Incident Investigation: </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Investigate workplace accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents in coordination with department supervisors to identify root causes
