This role is accountable for go‑to‑market strategy, revenue growth, pricing and contract negotiations, and closing strategic module supply agreements that support AMPS&apos; long‑term growth objectives.</span></p> </div> </div> <div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"> <div style="word-wrap:break-word"> <h2 style="margin:0.0px"><span style="">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <h4> </h4> <h4><span style="">Sales Strategy and Development:</span></h4> </div> <div> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar modules.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work with PLMs, GA, and Legal teams to understand solar policies, drive market research efforts, promote AMPS&apos; value proposition, and track competitor activities.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Identify, evaluate, and prioritize module market opportunities to drive business growth.</span></li> </ul> <h4> </h4> <h4><span style="">Customer Relationship Management: </span></h4> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Partner with AMPS’ sales agent to build and maintain strong relationships with potential solar modules customers in both Utility and DG sectors. </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Serve as the primary point of contact for AMPS with assigned developers, delivering outstanding service and support.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with AMPS’ sales agent to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure deals.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and manage a strategic pipeline of prospects to drive consistent sales growth.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote AMPS’ products.</span></li> </ul> <h4> </h4> <h4><span style="">Product Knowledge and Promotion: </span></h4> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain a deep understanding of AMPS’ solar module product offerings and technical specifications.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Educate customers and partners on the benefits of the company’s solar modules and solar energy in general.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.</span></li> </ul> </div> </div> <div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"> <div style="word-wrap:break-word"> <h2 style="margin:0.0px"><span style="">Education and Experience Required</span></h2> </div> <div> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy or solar industry (3+ years).</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong knowledge of solar modules, technology, and the solar energy market.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Willingness to travel as needed.</span></li> </ul> </div> </div> <div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"> <div> <h2 style="margin:0.0px"><span style="">Desired Skills and Experiences</span></h2> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to speak multiple languages.</span></li> </ul> </div> </div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>This position does not support immigration sponsorship. </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The range for this position is <span id="cke_bm_45142S" style="display:none"> </span>$123,572.00 - $169,912.00 assuming full time status.
