This role is responsible for improving PM green-to-green performance, reducing unplanned downtime, lowering scrap and rework, improving yield, standardizing operating practices, and supporting ramp-up of current and future production lines. This position works across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Automation/IT to support measurable factory performance improvement through KPI-based execution, structured problem solving, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports development of the automation and data environment needed to improve performance visibility, operational control, and scalable manufacturing execution. </div> </div> <div Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations excellence</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience supporting improvement initiatives in a hands-on production environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, standardization, waste elimination, and root cause problem solving</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, The range for this position is $86,197.00 - $118,521.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
