The ideal candidate will assist the area supervisor in resolving major anomalies, analyzing faults, and optimizing improvements within the jurisdiction, while nurturing the ability of operational engineers to address issues.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead the organization of data for major downtime anomalies, analyze and implement corrective actions for equipment-caused quality anomalies (meeting 4D, 8D standards), and ensure 100% implementation of measures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Undertake the department's KPI indicators and ensure a 100% completion rate for the responsible indicators.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for promoting equipment improvement and innovation projects in the area</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Undertake QCC special activities arranged by superiors and develop Gantt charts to ensure timely completion of plans.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Output technical reports and conduct technical training session per month, based on training attendance records.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for area-specific technical improvement projects, with the ability to independently design solutions, manage processes, and summarize projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Design engineer skills exam papers and submit them to superiors for review.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Spare parts management</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for establishing and updating operating specifications for the equipment under jurisdiction, in collaboration with department clerks to ensure effective document updates.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assist superiors in identifying equipment safety risks and preventing accidents from occurring.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for communicating with manufacturers regarding the main issues with equipment and improvement directions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for meeting departmental and company-level improvement and innovation indicator requirements within the region and fostering engineers' improvement awareness and thinking.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assist supervisors in auditing production line 5S and standardization of operations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Adhere to all Corning and OSHA rules and regulations at all times;
