The Process Technician Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role will act as a bridge between the production team and management, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to a team of process technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving operational excellence in solar panel or renewable energy production.
