This leader ensures compliance with engineering best practices, oversees capital and project execution, and develops technical talent. The role drives long-term planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to achieve plant objectives and business goals. </div> </div> <div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px operation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead diagnostic and root-cause analysis efforts to resolve technical issues and prevent recurrence.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Plan, schedule, and oversee facilities and utilities maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operation of manufacturing systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Oversee plant facility systems including HVAC, plant air, PWC, abatement, lighting, and utilities, external contractors when required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead capital planning and procurement for new and replacement equipment, including vendor sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline is required. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">8–10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in production operations. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 2 years of second-level leadership responsibility. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in operations and/or engineering with progressive responsibility. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven experience in equipment engineering, equipment design, and/or maintenance. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven track record of technical accomplishments such as performance improvements, capability gains, or reliability advancements. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated ability to deliver results through project leadership and organizational influence. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, The range for this position is $132,092.00 - $181,627.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
