This role upholds health & safety standards, maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively with staff and leadership, and keeps Health Services leadership informed of important issues.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">General Duties & Responsibilities:</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Daily interaction with employees who need health services. Provide nursing assessments and recommendations to Corning Employees related to illnesses and injuries.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain comprehensive documentation and records regarding the treatment of Corning employees in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) or equivalent national regulations, while strictly upholding privacy and confidentiality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Manage and implement the site’s medical Emergency Response Program</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide proper guidance through the disability process and interact with insurance carriers, Corning Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Safety, and the Company Physician/Provider to facilitate processing of work-related illnesses or injuries.
