The intern will assist in analyzing current processes, identifying waste, and supporting improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. This role offers hands-on experience with Lean tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a real business environment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support data collection and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in analyzing current processes to detect waste and inefficiencies.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Help document and standardize processes to improve visibility and consistency.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-up materials related to improvement projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of process improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Track progress of assigned initiatives and maintain updated project information.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work with data using Excel or similar tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Good communication and teamwork skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-size:12.0pt"> </p> <h3><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Desired Skills</strong></span></h3> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to identify waste and improvement opportunities in processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Basic understanding of process documentation and standardization.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience preparing reports and presentations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Organized and detail-oriented approach to project follow-up.</span></li> </ul>
