Manage CMMS to include building PM job plans, creating assets, building labor accounts, and managing the critical spare parts inventory module. Manage TPM Program to include scheduling and driving TPM Equipment Improvement Meetings with support from Operations and Engineering groups with primary goal of extending asset life, improving machine performance and reduction of scrap. Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance activities in production areas to ensure equipment can meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes maintenance schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established maintenance guidelines, procedures, and policies. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. May interact with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at management levels.
