Associate is trained to manage agency and customer relation requests for reservations, fulfillment, destination assistance, invoicing, or similar. Associate must be enthusiastic and willing to learn in a multi-faceted agency environment.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Accountabilities and Outcomes</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Support the agency with reservations, fulfillment, call/email/chat screening, queue assignments and other product support.<br>• Support customers with the booking tools including, navigational support, issue resolution and client response.<br>• Use positive telephone/email/chat techniques; act quickly on special requests and maintain excellent agency and client relations.<br>• Have a clearly defined understanding of agency requirements and policies (through training) to maintain Service Level and Performance goals.<br>• Utilize individual and team resources to recommend innovative solutions and process enhancements.<br>• Proactively support preferred supplier programs.<br>• Participate in training, supplier, and engagement programs either virtually or in-person as required.<br>• Express passion and energy within the organization and always act according to company Ethics, Values, and Compliance guidelines.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree desired.<br>• Minimum 1 year working experience in a customer service or hospitality position.<br>• An ability to convey exceptional customer service through all distribution channels (oral, written, electronic).<br>• High level of attention to detail.
