Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Learn and understand Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), follow the methodology and standard, demonstrate ability to navigate a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Accountabilities and Outcomes</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Implement TPM Strategies: Learn and apply TPM methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Maintain Equipment: Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure compliance with safety regulations.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Achieve key performance indicators such as:</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR): Strive for an MTBR of less than 30 minutes when parts are on hand.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance: Achieve a PM compliance rate of 90% or higher with accuracy completing work task and assignments.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 90% or higher.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work Order Management: Ensure proper usage of work orders and assign them as needed.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Continuous Improvement: Continually improve maintenance processes and procedures in line with TPM principles.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">ROUTINE RESPONSIBILITIES: </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure that the operations on the processing lines are running safely, smoothly, and properly. Expected mean time between repairs is less than 30 minutes. </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Responsible for the repair of building, equipment, grounds, and expected to complete 90% of defects and work orders assigned. </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Aid with refrigeration/freezer repair, general plant, and office maintenance.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Request parts and supplies when needed.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Daily communication with Maintenance team and plant supervisors to ensure proper information and repairs are communicated, sending out daily communication email to operations and maintenance team. </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work within our Food Safety, Sanitation, and Quality and HACCP plan policies of performing maintenance work on food equipment. </span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Boiler maintenance and upkeep..</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Be flexible and assist in other areas of the company when requested.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">High school diploma or GED; additional certification or degree in mechanical maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Technical Training: Candidates must have completed a vocational or technical training program in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
