Responsible for monitoring and maintaining refrigeration systems, steam boilers, HVAC systems, and related equipment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Accountabilities and Outcomes</b></H2> </div><div><p>Monitors and maintains refrigeration equipment including all components and associated glycol systems.</p> <p>Monitors, adjusts, and documents ammonia system pressures and temperatures.</p> <p>Monitors and maintains steam boilers, HVAC systems, and related equipment.</p> <p>Utilizes CMMS (SAP) to complete work orders and document information.</p> <p>Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.</p> <p>Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).</p> <p>Support Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) at the facility.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Ability to work overtime, irregular hours or rotating shifts, required.</li> <li>High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent, required. </li> <li>2-year degree in refrigeration or related field, required.</li> <li>4-5 years of experience with Ammonia refrigeration, required.</li> <li>EPA Certification for handling refrigerants, preferred.</li> <li>PSM Trained, preferred</li> <li>Operator 1, 2 trained - Preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and plumbing components.</p> <p>Ability to read and interpret pressure/temperatures charts.</p> <p>Experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferred.</p> <p>Ability to use a multimeter and refrigeration gauges.</p> <p>Familiarity with PSM programs, preferred.</p> <p>Experience using computer systems including CMMS and Microsoft applications.</p> <p>Ability to speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.</p> <p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, formulas, and policy and procedures manuals.</p></div></div></div><p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><img src="http://www.richs.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/logo-website.png"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), are committed to a policy of <a href="https://www.richs.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Rich-Products-Equal-Opportunity-Policy-Statement-post-April-2025.pdf">Equal Employment Opportunity</a> standing up for fairness and maintaining a culture of belonging, to provide an exceptional experience for all.
