We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.<br> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol style="margin-bottom:11.0px;margin-top:4.0px"> <li>Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. </li> <li>Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.</li> <li>Responsible for PCBA process output and quality yield; need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control.</li> <li>Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up.</li> <li>Plan and coordinate CIP projects</li> <li>General knowledge about PCBA process and testing. Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage.</li> <li>Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution.</li> <li>Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result.</li> <li>Responsible for component issue handling, including PCB.</li> <li>Basic circuit troubleshooting and analysis is a plus.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol style="margin-bottom:11.0px;margin-top:4.0px"> <li>Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process or related fields would be a plus.</li> <li>Language Skills: English, Mandarin</li> <li>Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
