Understand SMT/DIP process technology and possess the ability to set up thermal profiling.</p> <p>2. Prepare for MP product production, with knowledge and capability in: SMT stencil, fixtures, carriers, standard operating procedures (SOP) parameters for each station, DFM knowledge, and review ability.</p> <p>3. NPI transfer to MP products/process review.</p> <p>4. Analyze production issues and improve quality, handle customer complaints with 8D reports, defect analysis, and provide effective solutions.</p> <p>5. Improve production quality and efficiency while reducing production costs.</p> <p>6. Establish production process flow and optimize production processes.</p> <p>7. Communicate and coordinate across departments</p> <p><strong>8. </strong>Design<strong> </strong>DOE test for optimizing PCBA design.</p> <p>9. Education and/or Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.</p> <p>2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin.</p> <p>3. Good knowledge of SMT/DIP/Assembly process and equipment.</p> <p>4. Good knowledge of IPC-A-610, SPC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)</p> <p>5.
