<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 27906</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Plan and purchase material requirements per MRP and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.</li> <li>Monitor and fulfil sales demand and material shortages by following up closely with internal and/or CM production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate server order/demand communication for decent inventory level across different departments/commodities and expedite demand fulfilment.</li> <li>Remove slow moving and/or excess stock by cross department collaboration to keep healthy stock level.</li> <li>Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>3+ years purchasing and planning related working experience.</li> <li>Experienced in MRP/ ERP/ SAP and supply chain management.</li> <li>Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.</li> <li>Language skills: Professional fluency in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, customer service skills.</li> <li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Stress resistant. Can work under pressure & challenges.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
