<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 28415</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Enable new BMC features, including competitive analysis, industrial standard study, and critical feature planning for each generation platforms</li> <li>Drive competitive software/firmware product feature requirements and technical design guideline to meet company's goal</li> <li>Collaborate with BMC product managers, BMC software architect, engineers, and technical staff to define product specification with technical requirements</li> <li>Manage both feature requests and issue support requests from customers</li> <li>Manage schedule and issues, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary</li> <li>Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and 3rd party partners</li> <li>Develop training material for customers and internal training as required</li> <li>Suggest and plan improvements to product, solution and process</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>5 years above BMC firmware design experience</li> <li>Experience in developing technical specifications and design documents</li> <li>Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English</li> <li>Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor</li> <li>Experience in technical support service to customers</li> </ol></div></div></div>
