In addition, this position is a core member of Motherboard Product Management team and engages in technical, product development, marketing, and pre/post-sales support activities.</span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><b>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</b></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• TTM for new product training to customers</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Develop relationship with customer and promote the right product and work with sale/FAE to close the deal</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Work with relate team to promote products to internal team and customers</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Create positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Present training materials to internal sales force as well as externally</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Conduct competitive analysis and develop ecosystem with partners in the industry</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Drive technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• Serve as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales</span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">• BS or Master's degree in engineering discipline or business is highly preferable<br> • 5+ years of IT relate experience preferred<br> • Knowledgeable in market trend<br> • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment<br> • Effective organization and planning skills<br> • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations<br> • Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions<br> • Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines<br> • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs<br> • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills<br> • Solid communications skills, both verbal and written<br> • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time</span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p>$88,000 - $160,000</p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
