This senior leadership role will own and drive customer engagement for Supermicro rack-level total solutions, serving as the primary technical and commercial bridge between our engineering capabilities, sales teams, product management, and high-value AI infrastructure &amp; datacenter customers.</p> <p>You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, articulate the unmatched value of Supermicro’s full rack-level portfolio (servers, storage, networking, liquid cooling, power &amp; management software), and accelerate revenue growth by converting technical requirements into differentiated, high-margin rack-scale solutions. This is a high-visibility role requiring deep domain expertise in rack-level server architectures and an established network within the AI and hyperscale datacenter ecosystem.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of rack-level opportunities with AI hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprise AI customers, and large-scale datacenter operators</li> <li>Leverage and expand existing network within AI/datacenter customers to open new doors and accelerate deal cycles</li> <li>Develop &amp; own end-to-end customer relationships for strategic AI infrastructure and datacenter business opportunities</li> <li>Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence Supermicro product roadmap priorities.</li> <li>Translate Supermicro’s broad portfolio into customized rack-scale architectures that outperform competitive offerings in performance-per-watt, rack density, and deployment speed</li> <li>Develop and deliver compelling value propositions for Supermicro rack-level total solutions, including liquid-cooled AI racks, high-density GPU/CPU servers, integrated networking, and full-stack management software</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (Master’s or MBA strongly preferred)</li> <li>15+ years in Business Development, Solutions Sales, or Technical Account Management within the server/hardware/AI infrastructure industry</li> <li>In-depth, hands-on knowledge of rack-level server architectures, product portfolio, and rack-scale integration (power, cooling, networking, management)</li> <li>Demonstrated success selling high-value rack-level or datacenter solutions with strong revenue attainment (multi-million-dollar deals closed)</li> <li>Willingness to travel at least 25% to customer sites and industry events</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>EEO Statement</b></H2> </div><div><p>Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
