This role manages end‑to‑end supply chain operations—including NPI and ramp up materials planning, market trend analysis, logistics & shipping hub operations, inventory management—and leads cross‑functional projects to ensure on‑time, cost‑efficient delivery of complex AI server products.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities but not limitied to:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.</li> <li>Drive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.</li> <li>Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.</li> <li>Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.</li> <li>Manage cross‑functional projects for NPI (New Product Introduction) and capacity ramp‑ups.</li> <li>Drive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>12+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.</li> <li>Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.</li> <li>Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.</li> <li>ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p>$185,000 - $230,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
