We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.<br> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Lead the design and development of high-performance X86 server and GPU platform hardware.</li> <li>Create detailed schematics, hierarchical sub-designs, PCB layouts, and BOMs.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, CPLD, MCU and validation engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.</li> <li>Design review and approve design documents, schematics, and layouts.</li> <li>Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate hardware performance and reliability.</li> <li>Debug and resolve hardware issues, working closely with validation and QA teams.</li> <li>Optimize designs for manufacturability and best cost efficiency.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.</li> <li>Present design reviews and project updates to stakeholders and management.</li> <li>Provide technical support to customers and field application engineers.</li> <li>Address and resolve customer issues related to hardware design and performance.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned and is willing to support the business travel.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering related is preferred.</li> <li>Typically 5-10 years’ experience.</li> <li>Proficiency in circuit design (digital, analog, power) and PCB layout.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and verification tools.</li> <li>Strong debugging skills using CScript tool, RMT, FW update tool and the lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR and logic / Protocol analyzers.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate product team, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.</li> <li>Self-motivated and enthusiastic on working in fast-paced environment</li> <li>Additional Qualifications:<br>(1)Knowledge of EMC and energy regulations.<br>(2)Experience with high-speed signal design and power integrity analysis.<br>(3)Familiarity with server architecture and data center environments.<br>(4)Experience in Verilog top-level coding, CPLD design is preferable.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
