Lead the design and development of high-performance X86 server, peripheral daughter cards, and GPU platform hardware.</p> <p>2. Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).</p> <p>3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and validation engineers to ensure system integration and functionality.</p> <p>4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Review and approve design documents, schematics, and layouts.</p> <p>5. Debug and resolve hardware issues in collaboration with validation and QA teams.</p> <p>6. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.</p> <p>7. Undertake the modification and enhancement of existing designs to elevate the quality standards of server motherboards.</p> <p>8. Provide technical support to customers and field application engineers.</p> <p>9. Transfer products to manufacturing with complete documentation and assist C.M. and technical support in solving production issues.</p> <p>10. Undertake short-term business trips as necessary to provide support for headquarters projects.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field. Master’s degree preferred.</p> <p>2. 5+ years of hand-on experience in x86, GPU/motherboard design debugging, troubleshooting, and testing.</p> <p>3. Profound understanding of circuit design/analysis (digital, analog, power), high speed signals design, and PCB layout review.</p> <p>4. Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and oral, along with effective interpersonal abilities.</p> <p>5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p> <p>6. Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.</p> <p>7. Experience in ODM/OEM customer support.</p> <p>8. Self-motivated team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p></div></div></div>
