This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Work with sales/BD/FAE to promote switch products</li> <li>Coordinate RD, procurement, and manufacture teams to complete NPI process </li> <li>Define product spec, role and responsibilities for customized products with customers</li> <li>Travel for customer matters or teamwork</li> <li>Presentation, documentation and collect market information</li> <li>Work with ODM/CM/SoC vendors to resolve issues including but not limited to quality, volume, shipment, documentation, schedule…</li> <li>Find root cause of field issues and implement solutions in time</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Excellent communication skill and a team worker, a responsible person who can work under stress to meet schedule with enthusiasm.</li> <li>Creative thinking, work smart, dedicate and motivate team members.</li> <li>Multi-language speaker, English is a MUST</li> <li>5+ years in Ethernet switch industry, familiar with kinds of switches</li> <li>Knowing well about NPI process to coordinate internal teams</li> <li>Experience in working with CM and ODM to complete a product delivery from scratch</li> <li>Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes</li> <li>Strong background in networking technology, application and standards, can do trouble shooting is a plus</li> <li>Strong background in network product manufacturing is a plus</li> </ol></div></div></div>
