We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Responsibility includes, but not limited to:</p> <p>• Participate in cross-functional operations activities, including Engineering, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.</p> <p>• Partner closely with design engineering and operation's technical teams to assess and manage all program risks.</p> <p>• Plan and drive execution of engineering development builds through ramp up.</p> <p>• Review and monitor data accurately from a variety of sources into the company’s database systems.</p> <p>• Support Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams on customer related cable issues.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px">• Manage development in road map of various cable solutions.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related Engineering or Science discipline, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience is preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with networking cables, optical transceivers, power solutions for AI servers and storage products is preferred.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in cable related program/project management or system debugging is preferred.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external cable program management teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across different groups.</li> <li>Solid understanding of power safety regulations, high-speed cable standards, and RoHS compliance requirements for global markets.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
