This role requires a strong switch product knowledge, project development process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Manage and host switch projects from kick off to EOL.</p> <p>2. Support system engineers during EVT/DVT/PVT stage. Taking this change, PM needs to make sure and well know product each angel detail including manufacture process.</p> <p>3. Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team, and Lab team to review product status and quality.Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.</p> <p>4. Control schedule and on time delivery</p> <p>5. Come out support document and selling points to make sure product successful.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences are preferred.</p> <p>2. 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience is plus</p> <p>3. 3~5 years of hands-on switch product experience is plus.</p> <p>4. Experience in manufacturing process.</p> <p>5. Ability to create positive relationships with internal and external team members.</p> <p>6. Ability to work with team members and collaborate effectively with people in different group</p> <p>7. Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English </p></div></div></div>
