Responsible for creating specifications, design schemes, and project functional blocks, correctly selecting parts and vendors, testing equipment for new projects, and modifying/enhancing existing designs.<br> 2. Responsible for schematics captures, layout check, BOM creation, and debugging and testing of server board/add-on card/backplane products.<br> 3. Collaborate with validation engineers and labs to discover and solve any quality-related issues of designs in the early stages.<br> 4. Create fluent technical documentation including product specifications, layout instructions, test procedures, etc.<br> 5. Set up testing environment, resolve complicated issues, and work on critical engineering problems.<br> 6. Ensure product conforms to engineering specifications and regulatory and customer performance expectations.<br> 7. Transfer products to manufacturing with clear documentation and help C.M. and technical support to solve problems.</span></span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span><span style="color:black">1. BSEE/MSEE with 5+ years of hardware design hands-on experience in X86 Server/Workstation/Storage motherboard design.<br> 2. Knowledge of high-speed circuit design and voltage regular circuit design. <br> 3. In-depth knowledge of PCB layout, OrCAD/Allegro tools, circuit design, and PCB structure.<br> 4. Proficiency in design tools OrCAD/Allegro or Concept HDL.<br> 5. Familiar with digital scope and high-speed bus measurement. <br> 6. Ability to work independently and efficiently to achieve design goals to the best quality and fast time-to-market. <br> 7. Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to adapt and learn new concepts and technologies.<br> 8.
