This position requires working knowledge on Server Hardware, firmware, Monitoring Software Tools, analytical thinking, business acumen, Leadership, Program Management teamwork, attention to details, and creativity.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Lead the development and execution of Supermicro’s <strong>Cloud and AI Software Solutions</strong> strategy.</li> <li>Architect and optimize <strong>cloud-native AI infrastructure</strong> for <strong>LLM training, inference, and AI application hosting</strong>.</li> <li>Provide <strong>technical leadership</strong> for Systems Management, Orchestration and AI Cloud customers in <strong>multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-prem AI solutions</strong>.</li> <li>Engage with ecosystem partners (e.g., <strong>NVIDIA, VMware, OpenAI, Hugging Face</strong>) to enhance software integration.</li> <li>Develop and implement <strong>AI workload orchestration, automation, and cloud-native model serving</strong> strategies.</li> <li>Define and optimize <strong>performance, networking, and storage solutions</strong> for AI workloads.</li> <li>Represent Supermicro at <strong>customer briefings, conferences, and industry events</strong> to position our AI Cloud offerings.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><strong>17+ years</strong> of experience in <strong>cloud computing, AI software solutions, and enterprise IT architecture</strong>.</li> <li>Proven leadership in <strong>cloud software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical services</strong>.</li> <li>Expertise in <strong>Generative AI (LLMs, AI model deployment), Kubernetes, container orchestration, and hybrid cloud solutions</strong>.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of <strong>virtualization (VMware NSX, OpenStack), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI software stacks</strong>.</li> <li>Strong background in <strong>cloud networking, distributed storage, and AI hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs)</strong>.</li> <li>Experience engaging with <strong>Tier-1 telcos, cloud service providers, and enterprise AI adopters</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with Ansible automation for infrastructure and configuration management.</li> <li>Familiar with Linux, kernel, shell code script.</li> <li>Certification in AWS, GCP, Azure, Ansible, Python, Kubernetes or relevant technologies are a bonus.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>EEO Statement</b></H2> </div><div><p>Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
