Track On-Time delivery performance.</li> <li>Hold meetings with cross-functional teams to go over KPI performance, which may include forecast/back order status, material status, On-Time delivery, and Excessive/Obsolete materials.</li> <li>Develop necessary processes to support business models.</li> <li>Build excellent fulfillment strategy/framework/tool for Taiwan and global demand/supply plan & balance & JIT.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>BA/BS required.</li> <li>Master's degree in business or engineering degree, with Electrical Engineering degree is a plus.</li> <li>At least 3 + years in servers/computer design/manufacturing industrials, in tier one servers industry will be a plus.</li> <li>5+ years experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management.</li> <li>Work efficiently with cross-functional teams, provide clean goals and guidances to team members, drive the team for targets.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skill, analytical capabilities, attention to details.</li> <li>MRP/SAP understanding and experience.</li> <li>Excellent Ms. Office/BI skills.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>EEO Statement</b></H2> </div><div><p>Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
