The candidate will play a key role in the development process of in-house server motherboards, by working collaboratively with cross-functional engineering team as well as outside partners to ensure the robust design of the boards. As a Sr. Signal Integrity Verification Engineer, you are expected to be self-motivated and possess a strong will to do great things, with result-driven mindset to develop the most competitive and endurance board products.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Design high-speed serdes Ethernet channels for Network Switch.</li> <li>Execute SI validation for the system requirements.</li> <li>Execute electrical analysis and record the data as formal report.</li> <li>Execute SI simulation and make the report for review.</li> <li>Working with electronics engineers for SI issues and LAB debug.</li> <li>Be responsible for directing the design techniques on their assigned projects.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>More than 9 years of relevant experience in signal integrity is preferred.</li> <li>Master's degree in related field is preferred.</li> <li>TDR, VNA and Switch measurement and validation is plus.</li> <li>Familiar with SI design tools such as ADS, ANSYS SIWave/HFSS, Cadence Sigrity.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience for PCB layout tool.</li> <li>Self-motivated individual and possess a strong will to do great things.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
