Develop strategies to activate, engage and retain customers (channel customers and DC customers)<br>2. Develop trigger campaigns to improve engagement and purchase frequency<br>3. Analyze channel partners behavioral patterns and develop relevant promotion programs<br>4. Create strategies to increase revenue and the frequency of repeat purchase<br>5. Support and enhance market, customer and vertical segmentation and establish a consistent process in engagement, communication and reward down the supply chain<br>6. Support sales team in new market segments/verticals development and engage server system products and services package in support of identified strategic market segments<br>7. Aligning regional focus to global strategy and direction</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor’s degree is preferably required in Engineering.<br>2. MBA or master’s degree preferred in EE or Computer science<br>3. Strong expertise in OEM/ODM type of biz process, sustaining major account customer/vendor relationships <br>4. Strong business management skills with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs.<br>5. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.<br>6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate campaign and program analysis and derive insights to drive business actions.<br>7. Proven track record in business growth and development<br>8. Fluent in English (write and speak)<br>9. Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.<br>10. Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations.<br>11. Promotion PM are expected to draft, review and validate system product promotion proposal.
