We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.<br> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D to optimize manufacturing processes and streamline NPI workflows at CM sites.</strong></li> <li><strong>Resource Management: Balance and optimize the workload of Production Engineers across all CMs to ensure operational efficiency.</strong></li> <li><strong>Test Coverage Assurance: Collaborate with the Test Engineering (TE) team to ensure 100% comprehensive testing coverage for new product launches.</strong></li> <li><strong>Packaging Solutions: Utilize product specification databases to design and develop standardized packaging solutions efficiently.</strong></li> <li><strong>Modular Process Design: Implement modular production processes (DFM) to enhance inspection efficiency and simplify product maintenance.</strong></li> <li><strong>Early Engagement: Engage with R&D, Software, and TE teams during the early Design-In phase to ensure full testing readiness before mass production.</strong></li> <li><strong>Test Package Management: Manage the release of testing packages to CMs and proactively resolve any technical issues.</strong></li> <li><strong>Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) to troubleshoot and resolve CM-related production bottlenecks.</strong></li> <li><strong>DFM Rule Configuration: Expertly utilize CAM350, CAMPro550, and Valor NPI to define and implement robust DFM check rules.</strong></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>1. Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science, or Information Engineering.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Language Proficiency</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Technical Tooling Skills</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Layout Inspection: Proficient in using Allegro for PCB layout review and verification.</strong></li> <li><strong>DFx Analysis: Extensive experience with CAM350 and CAMPro for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis.</strong></li> <li><strong>DFT Knowledge: Familiar with Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies and tools.</strong></li> <li><strong>Hardware Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with diagnostic instruments, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers, for defect analysis and root-cause troubleshooting.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>4.
