Manage the operation and maintenance of facility equipment.</p> <p>2. Execute and support facility-related projects.</p> <p>3. Plan and establish facility systems, including overseeing engineering works, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.</p> <p>4. Review and plan facility requirements from user departments, prepare construction specifications and cost estimates, and oversee project execution, commissioning, and acceptance.</p> <p>5. Monitor, record, and analyze facility system performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement.</p> <p>6. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems.</p> <p>7. 24/7 Troubleshoot utility system issues, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain equipment maintenance records.</p> <p>8. Develop and implement SOPs for utility systems, and perform equipment and instrument calibration.</p> <p>9. Prepare and validate system documentation for HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and central monitoring systems.</p> <p>10. Support building safety compliance, including fire safety inspections.</p> <p>11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Familiar with water, electricity, air conditioning and other factory facilities</li> <li>Factory construction project management and maintenance and operation. experience</li> <li>Cost analysis capabilities</li> <li>Communication and coordination skills</li> <li>Bachelor's or master’s in electrical and electronic maintenance, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering.</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility systems management.</li> <li>Proficiency in Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.</li> </ol> <p><strong>License:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel(乙級職業安全衛生管理員)</li> <li>or class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs(甲種勞工安全衛生業務主管)</li> <li>Better:Firefighting management personnel(防火管理員)</li> </ul></div></div></div>
