To be Management for MCP planning and fulfillment.</p> <p>2.Manage and improve material master process.</p> <p>3.Acute reaction to Urgent demand or rush demand.</p> <p>4.Work with Buyer and PM for Product Technology transfer schedule</p> <p>5.Work with Buyer and PM for new product 's production plan </p> <p>6.Ensure adequate support and distribution of work within Purchasing.</p> <p>7.Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.</p> <p>8.Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders</p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px">9.Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1.College graduate ,+5 years relevant work experience in supply chain management is preferred.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">2. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3. Working experience in ME parts purchasing.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4.
