<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1.Liquid cooling design and development:<br>• Design and develop advanced liquid cooling systems, including direct-to-chip (D2C) and other liquid cooling <br> solutions, to meet specific performance and reliability requirements.<br>•Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.<br>•Conduct feasibility studies for liquid cooling solutions.</p> <p>2.Thermal Analysis and Optimization:<br>•Perform thermal simulations and analysis to optimize cooling performance and efficiency.<br>•Use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools to model fluid flow and heat transfer in liquid cooling systems.<br>•Identify and implement improvements to enhance thermal management and reduce energy consumption.</p> <p>3.Prototyping and Testing:<br>•Develop and assemble prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure they meet performance criteria.<br>•Conduct rigorous testing, including thermal cycling, pressure testing, and leak detection, to ensure system <br> reliability and safety.<br>• Analyze test results and iterate designs based on findings to achieve optimal performance.</p> <p>4.Collaboration and Communication:<br>•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate liquid cooling<br> solutions into system design.<br>•Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components and materials.<br>•Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks associated with liquid cooling system projects.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1.Educational Background:<br> Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.</p> <p>2.Technical Skills and Knowledge:<br>•Thermal and Fluid Dynamics Expertise: Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.<br>•Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD) for creating detailed designs and schematics.<br>•Simulation Tools: Experience with thermal analysis and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools for modeling and optimizing cooling systems.<br>•Knowledge of materials used in liquid cooling systems, including their thermal properties and compatibility with various coolants.</p> <p>3.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:<br>•Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to liquid cooling systems.<br>•Data Analysis: Ability to analyze test data and simulation results to optimize system performance and identify areas for improvement.<br>•Innovation: Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and improvements in liquid cooling technology.</p> <p>4 .Project Management:<br>•Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.</p></div></div></div>
